Katherine A. Pawlak

Wblh -1265

With a strong background of helping those in need and diligence in her law practice, Katherine Pawlak has developed a sharp eye for how employee rights can easily be violated. Katherine is dedicated to protecting the rights of her clients through personal representation from the first consultation to the final decision. She has the perseverance and ability to fight for her clients, including in cases involving discrimination, harassment, unjust termination, retaliation, and much more.

As a partner who has quickly built a successful career path, Katherine is effective and responsive to the needs of her clients. She keeps clients up-to-date on the status of their cases, working closely with them to determine the best legal strategy with an emphasis on cost-effectiveness, and a thorough understanding of the legal issues.

In addition to her law practice, Katherine also serves as a student advisor for Themis Bar Review and prepares students to sit for the Ohio Bar Examination.  She also is proud to pass on her legal knowledge as a Professor for undergraduate and graduate students at Rasmussen College and the American Public University, teaching in the areas of Employment Law, Corporate Law, Legal Ethics, and Civil Litigation.

Katherine is an avid reader and Michigan State sports fan.  She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and trying new cuisines.

Katherine is actively assisting new clients.  She may be reached by calling (419) 243-1239.
