WBLH’s Response to COVID-19

To our clients and friends,

At Wasserman, Bryan, Landry & Honold, we take the health and safety of our employees, clients, business partners, and the community at large very seriously. We are dedicated to keeping everyone safe while continuing to provide uninterrupted legal services and counsel for our clients. In an effort to help combat the coronavirus (COVID-19), and in accordance with the CDC guidelines and the Ohio Stay at Home Order, we have implemented the following measures:

  • We are still open and able to provide the services you count on without interruption. All of our attorneys and most of our staff have the ability to work remotely. We have implemented a plan to dramatically reduce the number of attorneys and staff members present at the office and to be prepared to work completely remotely if necessary in the coming weeks. Please be assured that our team is prepared to continue to provide the services you count on us for without interruption.
  • Everyone in our Firm is expected to practice the CDC’s recommended prevention techniques. Any employee who feels ill or exhibits symptoms of illness must stay home.
  • We have temporarily ceased all in person meetings. All meetings will be conducted via telephone or videoconferencing. You should check with your individual attorney regarding any scheduled meetings.
  • We remain available by email and via telephone by calling 419-243-1239.
  • Please contact our office to arrange any necessary in-person deliveries. Payments may be made through the mail or over the phone at any time.
  • We have been closely monitoring and responding to updated information regarding court and administrative agency dockets, procedures and deadlines. In person appearances have mostly been reassigned to take place by telephone. Some courts are suspending trials and arguments and encouraging counsel to cooperate with postponing litigation activities, if necessary. Should your case be impacted, your attorney will keep you apprised of any changes.

By taking these and other measures, we will continue to provide the high level of legal service our clients have become accustomed to, while promoting the health and safety of our staff, clients and communities with the least amount of disruption possible under the circumstances.

Sincerely,

Wasserman, Bryan, Landry & Honold LLP
